Collin is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business, bringing a strong foundation in both people and business to everything he does. His professional background includes project management, sales management, and commercial real estate. He lived in England from 2001 to 2004 working for Vislink Communications as an international sales manager for eleven countries in Western Europe and the Middle East.
Collin first joined Wicker & Associates in 2008, developing a deep expertise in land markets north of Highway 380 in Collin, Denton, and Grayson counties. He later went on to expand his commercial real estate experience with Appian Commercial Realty in 2016 before returning to Wicker & Associates in 2026 where his passion for land brokerage continues. His focus is along the US 75 North corridor of Collin and Grayson counties.
Collin earned his CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute in 2013 and served as president of the North Texas CCIM Chapter in 2019, reflecting his long-standing commitment to professional excellence and the North Texas real estate community.
Outside of work, Collin lives in Van Alstyne with his wife Aimee and their two sons, Donovan and Dillon. A seventh generation Texan, he brings not only professional expertise but a lifelong connection to the land and communities he serves.
