Craig is a graduate of Wayne State College with a Bachelor’s of Arts and a Business Education Degree. His business background includes experience in finance, broadcast advertising sales, sales management and commercial real estate. Since 1978 Craig has been exclusively involved in the real estate sales and leasing business and in 1981 he formed Wicker & Associates, Inc.

Brent E. Wicker, Broker – Brent joined Wicker & Associates, Inc. in 1981 as a salesman. He has been exclusively involved in the real estate business since graduation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Buena Vista College. Over the past twenty years, Brent has negotiated over $500,000,000 in transactions of commercial properties in the D/FW Metroplex.

Randal A. Church, Broker – Following graduation from the University of Northern Iowa in 1981 with a Degree in Public Relations, Randy joined Wicker & Associates, Inc. as a salesman. Randy is known in the real estate business as a “salesman’s salesman”. His constant and careful research assists our clientele in keeping abreast of the latest developments affecting the commercial real estate industry as a whole, as well as specific trends affecting our local market area.

Matt first joined Wicker & Associates as a salesman in late 2016 following a career in comprehensive financial planning. Matt’s involvement with Wicker & Associates includes generating new deals for land development and investment throughout the DFW metroplex, with a focus on the greater Fort Worth market. He has extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers of industrial, commercial, residential and mixed use land. He graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelors degree in Philosophy in 2006 and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law with a JD in 2011.

Melanie joined Wicker & Associates at the beginning of 2022 as the office manager. Melanie supports Craig Wicker, as well as the other two partner brokers Randy and Brent to assist them in document management and marketing of each listing and broker deal by preparation of forms, marketing, zoning, advertising, graphic arts, map design with vendors, targeted marketing campaigns and assisting each client closing. Melanie is also responsible for website management and running the day-to-day office needs at Wicker & Associates.

Cheryl joined Wicker & Associates in January of 2019 and holds a B.S degree along with having over 15 years of sales and marketing experience. She has worked for companies both small, and up to large international companies as a lead sales producer and brings another layer of strong sales and marketing talent to the team at Wicker & Associates.
Additionally, we are able to assure our clients that their affairs are properly managed from a legal standpoint with the services of Don Ledbetter, Attorney at Law. His experience in commercial real estate is a extensive throughout the DFW area.
