Wicker & Associates Inc. is a mid-sized, full-service, commercial real estate brokerage firm founded in 1981 and located in Dallas, Texas.
In an area which is home to a number of nationally recognized brokerage firms, Wicker & Associates maintains distinction through personalized service and in-depth knowledge of past, present and future trends affecting the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Associates
Craig L. Wicker, President – Craig is a graduate of Wayne State College with a Bachelor’s of Arts and a
Business Education Degree.  His business background includes experience in finance, broadcast advertising sales, sales management and commercial real estate. Since 1978 Craig has been exclusively involved in the real estate sales and leasing business and in 1981 he formed Wicker & Associates, Inc.
Brent E. Wicker, Broker – Brent joined Wicker & Associates, Inc. in 1981 as a salesman. He has been exclusively involved in the real estate business since graduation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Buena Vista College.  Over the past twenty years, Brent has negotiated over $500,000,000 in transactions of commercial properties in the D/FW Metroplex.
Randal A. Church, Broker – Following graduation from the University of Northern Iowa in 1981 with a Degree in Public Relations, Randy joined Wicker & Associates, Inc. as a salesman. Randy is known in the real estate business as a “salesman’s salesman”. His constant and careful research assists our clientele in keeping abreast of the latest developments affecting the commercial real estate industry as a whole, as well as specific trends affecting our local market area.
Collin Flynn, Salesman – Collin is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business.  His professional background includes project management, sales management and commercial real estate.  Collin lived in England from 2001 to 2004 working for Vislink Communications as an international sales manager for eleven countries in Western Europe and the Middle East.  Collin joined Wicker & Associates in 2008 with his primary focus on land markets north of Hwy 380 in Collin, Denton and Grayson counties.
Jim J. Judge, Salesman – After attending the University of Iowa, Jim worked for Lomas Financial Corporation for twelve years in land acquisition and development.  Jim also headed Lomas Corporate building acquisition, development and leasing activities. After Lomas, Jim was primarily developing single family and developing business interests.  Jim joined Wicker and Associates in 2001, with his primary focus in multi-family and single family products.
Jon C. Nylund, Salesman –Jon graduated from The University of Tulsa and joined Wicker & Associates in 2005.   Jon’s energies have been directed towards the expansion of the firms investment sales division.  Primarily focusing on the financial analysis and marketing of office, industrial and retail properties.  Jon also acts as a landlord leasing representative to add value to assets.
 Lori Basham, Office Manager – Lori joined Wicker & Associates in 2001.  Business history includes office manager for Computer User, marketing/sales assistant for TRW Inc., and graphic artist for a military publishing company.  Lori works with owners, brokers and developers and is highly skilled in areas of advertising, document preparation and review, public relations and market research.
Patricia Chapman, Administrative Assistant – Our part time assistant rejoined Wicker & Associates in September 2009. Patricia creates aerial maps, prepares marketing reports, zoning and planning research, answers the telephones and works wherever she is needed.
Tom Youngblood, Salesman – Tom has been the Chief Executive Officer for several banks in the Dallas area and has been active in the banking industry the past twenty years prior to joining Wicker & Associates.  He obtained his B.S. degree in Finance at L.S.U. in 1970.  He was a director for the Texas Banker’s Association and a chairman for the Texas Community Banker’s Council.
Additionally, we are able to assure our clients that their affairs are properly managed from a legal standpoint through our retention of the services of Don W. Ledbetter, Attorney-at-Law.  He has extensive experience in the area of commercial real estate law and represents a number of major lending institutions in Dallas and Fort Worth.
